Refunds / Exchanges
The Personal Exchange wants happy customers and works very hard to provide quality products at a reasonable price.
If there is a problem with your order or item please contact us immediately through our Etsy store.
We try to check items multiple times for accuracy prior to shipping, however errors occasionally happen. We will always replace items that are incorrect (due to our error) or have been damaged through shipping.
The Personal Exchange cannot replace personalized items due to customer error or simple, additional change because they cannot be resold.
If you have purchased an item and made a mistake, please contact us immediately so that we can make corrections to your order.
